Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly, but you can toggle to annual billing in your dashboard settings to save 20%. Prorated refunds apply within the first 14 days of any billing cycle change.
What happens if I exceed my API rate limit?
Your requests will not be dropped. Instead, BotForge queues them and processes them at the next available slot. If you consistently hit the 50,000 daily limit, our system will notify you to upgrade to Enterprise or purchase a temporary burst pack.
Do I lose my bot data if I downgrade to Free?
All historical analytics remain visible in read-only mode. Active webhook endpoints and custom landing pages will pause after a 30-day grace period. You can reactivate them instantly by resubscribing.
Is there a refund policy for unused Pro credits?
We offer a straight 14-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro subscriptions. After that, billing follows a standard no-refund policy, but you can cancel anytime and retain access until the period ends.
